The Lewisburg Chocolate Festival offers activities for all ages, including several FREE children's actvities. Here's a glimpse of the action in store for 2012!
Chocolatey Crafts
The Darling Exchange is making CHOCOLATEY CRAFTS with children ages 3 – 10.
Three session times available:
Friday April 13th * 4:30 – 6:00
Saturday April 14th * 1:30 – 3:00 or 4:30 – 6:00
Price: $15 per child (Children must be pre-registered by Sat. April 7, 2012.)
Space is limited. Specify which session time when registering.

Chocolate Mousse Eating Contest
Children are invited to participate in this hands-free competition.
The contest will take place at Bella Casa on Saturday, April 14. Registration will begin at 10am and end at 12:30pm. Contestants are asked to register early in order to be able to participate in all other festival activities.
Three divisions will create the contest and only one winner will be chosen from each.
The first division will be for young children ages 5 to 9 years old and the contest will begin at 1pm. The second division will be for teens age 10 to 14 years and the contest begins at 1:30pm. The final division will be for ages 15 to adult and the contest will begin at 2pm.
Only 12 participants will be entered in each division. Entry into the competition is determined by drawing names. Early registration does not guarantee a seat in the contest.

Children's Story Telling featuring "Chocolate Socks" read by the author, Holly Durst
A special chocolate reading will take place at 2pm in the City Greenspace, located at the intersection of Washington Street & Jefferson Street. This event is free to the public. Children will receive a copy of the book, "Chocolate Socks" by Holly Durst. (One book per family)
About the author: Holly Durst discovered her loved for writing children's books following her move to Los Angeles after college. "Chocolate Socks" is her first book written about her two favorite things: chocolate and socks. Holly appeared on ABC's hit show "The Bachelor." She was asked back to be part of the season two of ABC's "Bachelor Pad" and won! She is engaged to Blake Julian.
Original Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory Movie
This movie classic will play for free at The Lewis Theatre twice on Saturday. First show will be at 10 am and the second show will be at 3:00pm.
Chocolate Face Painting
During the Tasting Extravaganza be sure to stop by the Greenbrier Valley Theatre for Chocolate Face Painting!
